I have had three of these, and while I love the idea of the top fill, I have a major complaint with the so called vacuum seal. It is an O-ring that is loose in the cap and it can fall into the jug. Also, after awhile in the weather, the bottom tray becomes loose and does not keep the jug part from turning when you try to get the lid off. Very annoying. Otherwise I like the idea and design, it could just use some more thought.
